✅  Step 1 | REVIEW THE EXHIBITOR MANUAL

 First and foremost, carefully read the Exhibitor Manual. The manual is available in French only.
You will find, among other things:
 the show's architectural regulations, supplier contact information, order deadlines, 

and all other important details.

✅  Step 2 | BOOTH STRUCTURE: MAKE YOUR SELECTION

Your space is reserved but does not include any equipment.

⚠️  IMPORTANT: Masking walls (rigid partitions) and floor covering are mandatory.


Choose one of the following options:

Option A : Reserve a structure through GES

  • Turnkey package or à la carte items
  • Available: carpet, furniture, masking walls, lighting, etc.
  • DEADLINE  PREFERRED RATEApril 21
  • DEADLINE TO ORDER: May 1

Option B : Use your own booth structure and have it approved (mandatory)

  • If you are using your own booth structure (and not a package offered by the show's official decorator), you must have your booth approved by PLANÉ.
  • DEADLINE FOR VALIDATION: April 24
  • Book your installation time slot (May 5 before 6 p.m.) : [to come]

Please note that complimentary  high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the Convention Centre.

✅  Step 4 | USE THE EVENT WEB PLATFORM | PAIRCONNEX

REGISTER YOUR BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES

The booth manager must register all representatives from their organization on the PairConnex platform 
using the link that will be sent by email on March 11

DEADLINE: April 17

CUSTOMIZE YOUR VIRTUAL BOOTH

Using the link sent on March 11, personalize your organization's digital showcase (logo, service/product description, photos, etc.) on the PairConnex platform.

USE THE LEAD RETRIEVAL TOOL

On the day of the event, download the PairConnex mobile app to scan the QR codes on attendees' badges and collect their contact information (lead retrieval).
ATTENTION: Only staff registered BEFORE APRIL 17 will receive a name badge and be able to use the lead retrieval tool during the event.

✅  Step 5 | PROMOTE YOUR PRESENCE AT THE EVENT!

To maximize your visibility and attract visitors to your booth, use our promotional kit! It contains everything you need to showcase your participation and invite your contacts.
